We would rather show you evidence than adjectives. On every completed job, Leakproofs by Betterwork records the things that let you judge the work for yourself:

• The written inspection report — what was found, where the water was entering, and the path it took to where the customer could see it.
• The specification actually applied — the system, the number of coats, and the coverage in kg per m² or the dry film thickness in microns. This is the figure that decides how long a coating lasts, and it is the one most commonly quietly reduced on site.
• The test result. Terraces, balconies and wet areas are flood-tested with the space below under observation; tanks and pools are tested to IS 3370 over seven days. The warranty certificate is issued after the test passes, not before.

What we ask customers to write

If you have had work done by us, the most useful review is a specific one — the problem you had, where the building is, what we found, and whether it has stayed dry since. That is far more informative to the next reader than a star rating, and it is what we would want to read ourselves.

Judging any waterproofing contractor, including us

Ask to see a written estimate that names the system and the coverage. Ask whether junction and outlet detailing is a separate line item — a quotation that prices only the flat area is not pricing the job. Ask what test is carried out before handover, and ask what the warranty actually covers and what is excluded. A contractor who answers all four plainly is worth more than one with better adjectives.
