Every other brand in this catalogue sells something you put on a building. Bosch is the exception: these are the instruments that tell you where to put it. A thermal camera or a moisture meter will not stop a single drop of water — but used properly it is the difference between treating the place water is entering and treating the place a stain happens to appear.
This is the equipment class behind our deep-scan inspection. We are not a Bosch dealer — these pages exist because customers and smaller contractors regularly ask what we scan with, and buy links go to Amazon rather than to us.

What Bosch is strongest at
Why this equipment matters to a waterproofing job:
- Thermal imaging shows temperature differences across a surface. Damp material evaporates and runs cooler, so a wet path inside a slab often shows up as a cold plume long before it stains the ceiling.
- Moisture meters confirm what a thermal image only suggests. Thermal shows an anomaly; a moisture reading tells you whether that anomaly is actually water.
- Wall and radar scanners locate rebar, conduit and pipework before anyone cuts a chase — which matters when the suspected cause is a concealed plumbing failure inside a sunk slab.
- Laser measures produce the area figures a written estimate is built on, which is why our quotations are fixed rather than adjusted upward mid-job.
- Preparation tools — cutting cracks to a proper profile and removing failed coatings is most of what decides whether waterproofing lasts.
Products by application
The building areas this range is most often specified for:
- Pre-monsoon inspection and leak detection
- Tracing ceiling leakage back to its source
- Locating bathroom and sunk-slab leaks
- Distinguishing rising damp from a leak above
- Mapping wall seepage across an elevation
- Leakage repair and crack preparation
Products by problem
Start from the symptom you can actually see — we will identify the cause before recommending any product:
- Terrace leakage and roof leakage
- Bathroom leakage between floors
- Wall seepage and persistent dampness
- Cracks in slabs, walls and junctions
- Basement water ingress
- Water tank leakage
- Ceiling leakage
- Paint peeling and fungus or mould
How we specify and apply it
Our process is the same whichever brand a project ends up using: site inspection → deep scanning → detailed report → problem identification → material selection → waterproofing → quality inspection → warranty.
Material choice comes sixth in that list for a reason. Choosing the product before diagnosing the defect is how buildings end up with an expensive coating over an untreated crack. Eligible completed work carries a written 10-year warranty and is water-tested in front of you before handover.
Compare with the other brands we work with
We are not tied to a single manufacturer, which means the specification can follow the building rather than the supplier. See the full materials catalogue to compare ranges side by side.
