This product is specified for tiling, kitchen.

Suitable substrates: Ceramic, Vitrified, Porcelain.

How it is applied

Mixed to a smooth consistency, worked fully into joints with a rubber float, and the excess cleaned before it sets hard. Joints are cleaned to consistent depth first, since uneven depth cures unevenly and cracks at the thin points.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
