Product description

Leakproofs by Betterwork specifies and applies Alldry Wall n Roof 12 as part of a complete waterproofing system. A material on its own does not stop a leak — what stops it is the right material chosen for the right defect, on a surface that has been properly prepared. Where Alldry Wall n Roof 12 is used

This product is specified for walls, roof, terrace.

Suitable substrates: Plaster, Masonry, RCC.

How it is applied

Same system discipline as the 10 grade, applied at the full specified film thickness. Elongation is a property of the film actually built, so material spread thin to make it stretch further loses the property it was chosen for.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
