How it is applied

Applied over a prepared and primed surface. On a genuinely exposed windward elevation we would advise stepping up a tier — the difference shows within two monsoons in India, not ten years.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
