Product description

Leakproofs by Betterwork specifies and applies Royale Luxury Emulsion as part of a complete waterproofing system. A material on its own does not stop a leak — what stops it is the right material chosen for the right defect, on a surface that has been properly prepared. That is why we deep-scan before we specify.

Where Royale Luxury Emulsion is used

This product is specified for walls.

• Living rooms, bedrooms and premium interiors
• Interiors needing a washable finish
• Repainting after waterproofing and damp treatment
• Rooms where finish quality matters more than cost

Suitable substrates: Plaster, Putty, Masonry.

How it is applied

Applied over a prepared, primed and puttied substrate in the specified number of coats. Substrate moisture is confirmed before application on any previously damp wall.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
