Where Asian Paints Damp Proof Superflex is used

This product is specified for roof, terrace.

• Roofs cracking from thermal movement
• Terraces over structures with known movement
• Slabs where rigid coatings have already failed once
• Junctions and upstands that flex relative to the roof field

Suitable substrates: RCC, Screed.

How it is applied

Brush or roller applied over a primed slab with reinforcement embedded at junctions, upstands and over treated cracks, at the full specified film thickness.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
