How it is applied

Applied over a primed, crack-treated slab. The reflective finish only works if it stays reasonably clean, so on a dusty site we plan for periodic washing rather than assuming the reflectance holds forever.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
