Product description

Leakproofs by Betterwork specifies and applies SmartCare Infinia as part of a complete waterproofing system. A material on its own does not stop a leak — what stops it is the right material chosen for the right defect, on a surface that has been properly prepared. How it is applied

Applied as a full system to the manufacturer’s specification rather than as a single coating — preparation, primer, reinforcement and coats in sequence, with each stage inspected before the next.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
