How it is applied
Used with the appropriate diamond or abrasive disc, a guard fitted, and extraction wherever the work is enclosed. Cutting concrete dry without extraction creates a silica hazard and leaves a dust layer that no coating will bond to.
Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
