How it is applied

Swept methodically across the surface in both directions so objects are located rather than merely detected. Results are marked on the surface before any cutting begins, and on structural elements a scan supplements the drawings rather than replacing them.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
