Product description

Leakproofs by Betterwork specifies and applies Crack Nil as part of a complete waterproofing system. A material on its own does not stop a leak — what stops it is the right material chosen for the right defect, on a surface that has been properly prepared. That is why we deep-scan before we specify.

This product is specified for cracks, walls.

How it is applied

Opened out, cleaned and filled flush, then coated over as part of the paint or waterproofing system.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
