How it is applied

Worked into the opened crack and finished to match the surrounding texture while still workable. Matching the texture is done at application — it cannot be corrected once cured.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
