How it is applied
Calibrated on a clear section of wall and then moved steadily across the surface. Detection depth is limited, so it is a domestic safety check rather than a survey instrument.

Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied.
