Dr. Fixit Newcoat Ezee

Dr. Fixit Newcoat Ezee is the ready-to-use grade of Newcoat — supplied needing no site mixing, which removes the most common source of variation on a small terrace job where material is mixed by hand in short batches.

A material on its own does not stop a leak — what stops it is the right material chosen for the right defect, on a surface that has been properly prepared. Where Dr. Fixit Newcoat Ezee is used

This product is specified for terrace, roof.

• Small residential terraces and roof areas
• Repairs and touch-ups on an existing coated roof
• Chajjas, mumty roofs and other small exposed slabs
• Jobs where consistent mixing on site cannot be relied on

How it is applied

Applied straight from the container by brush or roller over a primed and prepared surface. Preparation is unchanged — the product removes the mixing step, not the cleaning, crack treatment and priming that decide whether it holds.

Preparation is the part that decides whether the system lasts. Loose material and failed old coatings are removed, cracks are cut and filled, and the surface is cleaned and brought to the moisture condition the product requires before anything is applied. Skipping that stage is the single most common reason waterproofing fails in its first season, whichever brand is on the tin.
